VOID BUILDS Pricing Negotiable.• I do require a down payment of at least 50% of the total cost of designing the build (excluding expenses) before starting. This serves as a "trust" agreement for my services.
•Screenshots will be taken in order to keep both parties held responsible.• The term "Expenses" refers to any and all cost of furniture, which are subject to change depending on the market prices and circumstances. Client will be expected to cover all expenses. If the client would like to craft and/or provide furniture to reduce the cost, they absolutely can.• Clients also need to provide any items that can't be obtained by gil, crafting, or the market board. Examples: Bi-color Gemstone Items, Wolf Mark Items, Beast Tribe Items (Queen's Rests, Metal Work Lanterns, etc..)• If the client is located on a congested server, they will be given the MakePlace file, and will be expected to implement it themselves with my assistance.Tips ALWAYS accepted and appreciated!! ^^
